Every member of the team should arrive at least 15 minutes before the game, and be sure to sign your waivers digitally prior to arrival.
A participant may exit a live room escape game at any time if things get too real. We work hard to make everyone comfortable.
You can refund your tickets until 24 hours before the game. After that, refunding is no longer allowed. Contact info@escaperoomera.com for help refunding your tickets.
