When it comes to escape rooms, knowing proper etiquette can make all the difference in your experience. Here are some dos and don'ts to keep in mind during your next Escape Room Era adventure.

DO work together as a team. Escape rooms are designed to be solved collectively, so make sure you're communicating with your group and sharing ideas. Be open to hearing others' suggestions and encouraging everyone to participate.

DON'T hog all the clues. Let everyone have a chance to contribute to finding clues and solving puzzles. Avoid taking over and solving everything on your own, as this can lead to others feeling left out or unengaged.

DO pay attention to the rules and instructions. Before starting the game, make sure you thoroughly read and listen to the rules given by the game master. This ensures that everyone is on the same page and knows what to expect during the game.

DON'T force anything open or break any props. While it can be tempting to try and force open locked cabinets or doors, doing so can damage the game and result in additional fees. Plus, breaking props ruins the experience for future players.

DO stay calm and focused under pressure. Escape rooms are designed to be challenging, so expect to feel some stress and pressure. However, panicking or becoming overly frustrated can detract from the fun and potentially hinder progress.

DON'T give up too easily. Persistence and determination are key when it comes to escape rooms. Keep trying and don't give up if you get stuck on a particular puzzle. Sometimes, taking a step back and looking at things from a different perspective can provide a new solution.

Escape Room Era offers an array of immersive game rooms with themes ranging from post-apocalyptic to holiday-themed. Each room is designed to be solved within a one-hour timeframe, and prices vary depending on the complexity and design of the room. Through its commitment to providing engaging and immersive experiences, Escape Room Era ensures an unforgettable adventure for its players.
