Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your game begins. This allows us to make sure your game runs perfectly with the intended amount of time. Please sign the waivers digitally through the e-mail we'll send to you.
What if i need a refund?
You can refund your tickets until 24 hours before the game. After that, refunding is no longer allowed. Contact us through our e-mail for help refunding your tickets.
IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED?
No Alcohol is allowed on our premises. Any person exhibiting intoxicated behaviors will be asked to leave the escape room without a refund.
